Our Mission

As a reputable and practiced company with more than twenty years of experience, our core goals remain the successful valuation of your estate or business’s physical assets, implementation of a fruitful estate sale, and a satisfied client. MBES&A will go above and beyond for our clients and do so while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Appraisals on behalf of banks, insurance companies, attorneys, or heirs will be performed by an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers and a graduate of the Southern Trust School at Birmingham Southern College, following the Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices. Additionally, navigating the division or sale of physical assets within the home is our specialty. We can handle, among your typical household items, automobiles, farm and business equipment, firearms, and a variety of specialty items. This process can be daunting for the families, but our lively, friendly, and talented staff is eager to solve almost any problem. Family representatives, business owners, and estate heirs alike are asked to contact us to set up an appointment or consultation with our director. Depending on your needs, we can be available to put together a sale or value contents for family division, insurance purposes, tax bases, or a variety of other issues.
